Reducción del  Impuesto de Transmisiones Patrimoniales (ITP) en toda Andalucía
 
Hay buenas noticias para el mercado inmobiliario de Sotogrande: la Junta de Andalucía, acaba de baja el ITP al 7%.

Los impuestos que gravan la compra venta de inmuebles de reventa en Andalucía se han reducido drásticamente desde una escala que iba desde el 8% al 10%  a una tasa fija del 7%. Así lo revelaron funcionarios de la Junta de Andalucía que confirmaron que esta reducción ya está en vigor tras la publicación en el (BOJA) Boletín Oficial de la Junta de Andalucía .

Adicionalmente, para los compradores de inmuebles de nueva construcción, el impuesto de Actos Jurídicos Documentados (AJD) se ha reducido desde el 1,5% al 1,2%.

Si bien estas reducciones estarán vigentes solo hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2021, no deja de ser una muy buena noticia ya que ofrece una excelente oportunidad para que los compradores obtengan ahorros en la compra de sus propiedades.

Transfer taxes for the purchase of resale properties in Andalusia have been drastically reduced from the current 8-10% to a fixed rate of 7%. This is notified by the government of the Junta de Andalucía confirming that this reduction is already in force after the publication of the official regional gazette, known as the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía (BOJA).

This reduction of the transfer tax (Tax on Patrimonial Transmissions or ITP) applies to all purchases of resale properties made in the Andalusia region, including Sotogrande. For newly built properties, the stamp duty has been reduced from 1.5% to 1.2%.

These new conditions offer an excellent opportunity for buyers to obtain considerable savings on the purchase of their properties. However, buyers should be aware that these incentives will only be effective until December 31, 2021.
