Villa is located in the San Roque golf club, with design and accessories of the highest quality.

Walls and floors are tiled with a selection of subtle natural marbles, with a swimming pool and gym separated by extensive gardens, a steam bath and shaded terraces.

The villa is front line golf with direct access through the garden, and the urbanization is guarded by 24-hour security patrols.

A separate two-story garden gym contains a treadmill, elliptical cross trainer, Smith machine, punching bag, chest fly, and free weights, as well as a ping-pong/bar area on the ground floor.

A swimming pool (14m x 6m) provides cool relief on hot summer days in a flowery garden, furnished with elegant and ample sun loungers and sofas.

A glass-topped reclaimed marble dining table seats ten under the sail canopy.

The secluded patio at the front of the house is a shady retreat among orange, avocado, fig and peach trees to the music of a small waterfall that flows into a pond of fish, turtles and frogs.

Elegant living room furnished with minimalist Italian furniture (Minotti; Phillip Starck) with 2m retractable screen cinema system. Bang and Olufsen sound system integrated throughout the house with Sonos.

A fully equipped kitchen with Miele accessories includes a steam oven and icemaker, as well as all the necessary elegant crockery, cutlery and glassware. Elegant air-conditioned cellar (bodega).

Five of the six double bedrooms are individually designed, with fitted wardrobes and large double beds with memory foam mattresses. All have their own en-suite wet room with Philip Starck/Duravit fixtures; one has a stone-tiled steam room and the other a separate marble bathroom. The master bedroom opens onto a private terrace (3x8m) with views of the mountains and golf courses with a spiral staircase leading to the garden. Second bedroom with two balconies, one with a table and chairs suitable for isolated breakfasts in the front of the house with distant views of the sea.

The sixth bedroom is a separate apartment with a kitchen and bathroom.
